I read all the stuff on the Internet about how Honda dealerships are NOT the place to go for service, but obviously they have never been to this service department. "I had been searching around for an 07 ST1300 and had a couple of "other" dealership experiances. One didn't have one and didn't know when they would, they didn't seem interested in looking. The other wanted me to sell my HD for the MSRP of the ST and then would sell me the ST for MSRP. Gave up a little frustrated to say the least, but after a very sore 370 mile day on the HD I decided to try again. This time I pulled up dealers on the Honda Site and filled out a quote email to folks. Got an email response that you recieved the request and then later a phone call from Mark with the offer. I went to the dealership to look at the bike and then called back the next day to see if the offer could be improved any. The offer was better and I picked the bike up that Saturday, all of this took place from a Monday to Saturday and would have been quicker had I not went out of town for 3 of those days. The purchase experiance was very relaxed, quick and completed that Saturday. I couldn't be happier with the whole dealer experiance and the bike.

"Just gotta tell you that I think that Ben is an outstanding salesperson. But most importantly, a wealth of information with a fine service attitude. This guy was quite attentive and helpful from the first time I came in to check out gear. You see I am a new rider, full of questions and looking for advice. Ben took the time to explain the special features of the ARAI helmets and compared the others. Next he was a great sales representative as he showed me all the postive attributes of the Joe Rocket jackets. As a result of his time, expertise and superior service, I returned and purchased a helmet and jacket even after my ebay and other dealerships search to compare. Lastly, the quick return on my order was super. This guy knows his stuff is ready to share without hesitation. Yeah and I love his British accent.
I would like to add that there was another parts salesman that was a true team player when Ben was not available. I wish I remembered his name. He deserves a compliment as well.
